Hey Stuart here, are you sick and tired of wearing glasses and contact lenses?
My brother has been wearing glasses since he was five years old, i remember the fortunes my mum and dad would spend on them, it was crazy. If he didn’t break them at school he would lose them or if we acted out the A-team on Saturday nights ( like most kids ) they would always get broke. He used to get a bit of stick at school, but he was the main joker so carried it well.
When he started secondary school contact lenses were the new craze, this gave him more confidence and he only really needed to wear glasses in the evenings. Contact lenses were really expensive in those days and they were quite uncomfortable.
Technology has moved on leaps and bounds since and there are so many alternatives, disposable contact lenses, prescription lenses, prescription glasses with transition or photochromic glass lenses and corrective surgery. But not everyone wants to spend vast amounts of money on corrective surgery or can everyone afford a new pair of contacts or glasses every so often.
This had me intrigued, surely there was something out there that was inexpensive but could easily improve eyesight’s, after all surgery was not always 100%, i done a little bit of research and come across eye exercise.
At first i was a little skeptical, could eye exercise really improve eyesight? So I purchased a copy and asked him to give it a go. Four weeks later i asked him how it was going, he admitted pushed it aside the first week but then gave it a go so see if there was any truth in daily eye exercises. At first he thought he was doing the exercises wrong as he didn’t seem to find any improvement, but what he didn’t realise was he was wearing contacts less. After two weeks he found himself able to read the paper in the evenings for short amounts of time before he’s eyes ached and was even able to sit at a computer and read the screen clearly for the first time with out contacts or glasses.
Being a graphic designer it was imperative that he’s eyesight was at its best, but thanks to eye exercise he doesn’t rely so much on contacts and Glasses anymore.
After 3 months of eye exercises once or twice a week my brother can actually go out at weekends without contacts, work at a computer for a couple of hours with out he’s eyes tiring and having blurred vision.
